I need to manage my subscription
To upgrade, downgrade, pause, or cancel your subscription, you can access your account settings in three ways:
Option 1: From the dashboard
- Click your profile icon in the top right
- Select Account Settings
- Click the subscription tab
- Click Manage Subscription
Option 2: From within a workspace
- Click on the workspace dropdown at the top of the sidebar
- Click Account Settings
- Click the subscription tab
- Click Manage Subscription
Option 3: From the pricing page
- Visit scribeist.com/pricing
- Click Manage on any plan
You'll be redirected to Stripe's secure customer portal where you can manage all subscription settings.
I need a refund
Contact us at support@scribeist.com within 14 days of your purchase to request a refund. Requests submitted after 14 days may still be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Please include:
- Your account email
- Subscription date
- Reason for refund request

All payment management happens through Stripe's customer portal. We never store your credit card information - all payment data is handled securely by Stripe.
