Quick answers to common questions

I need to manage my subscription

To upgrade, downgrade, pause, or cancel your subscription, you can access your account settings in three ways:

Option 1: From the dashboard

  • Click your profile icon in the top right
  • Select Account Settings
  • Click the subscription tab
  • Click Manage Subscription

Option 2: From within a workspace

  • Click on the workspace dropdown at the top of the sidebar
  • Click Account Settings
  • Click the subscription tab
  • Click Manage Subscription

Option 3: From the pricing page

You'll be redirected to Stripe's secure customer portal where you can manage all subscription settings.


I need a refund

Contact us at support@scribeist.com within 14 days of your purchase to request a refund. Requests submitted after 14 days may still be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Please include:

  • Your account email
  • Subscription date
  • Reason for refund request

Payment provider

Scribeist uses Stripe to process all payments. Stripe is a secure, PCI-compliant payment processor trusted by millions of businesses worldwide.

All payment management happens through Stripe's customer portal. We never store your credit card information - all payment data is handled securely by Stripe.
