What is Research?
Scribeist's Research feature uses AI to search the web, consolidate information from multiple sources, and create organized research documents with automatic citations.

Uses AI credits - Each research request consumes credits from your monthly allowance.
How it works
Enter a research topic, choose your search scope and number of sources (up to 5), and AI crawls the selected sources and consolidates everything into a single, readable document with citations.
Search scopes:
- Entire web - Broad search across all websites
- Specific sites - Search only designated websites
- Academic - Priority given to scholarly articles and research papers
- Reddit - Search Reddit discussions for community insights and real-world experiences
Using research
Research documents live in the Research board tab of every workspace. Once created, they can be referenced with @ in AI Chat for context-aware responses, or connected directly to Blog Generation for fact-based content.
