What is the right-click menu?
Right-click any document, folder, section, or canvas in the sidebar to access quick actions like rename, delete, move, and more.
Document actions
Right-click any document to:

Rename - Change the document name
-
Delete - Permanently remove the document
-
Move to - Move to a different folder or board tab

SEO Details (Blog workspace only) - Edit slug, meta description, and keywords

Change Icon - Customize the document icon (within rename)
-
Change Color - Change the document color (within rename)
Warning
On the Free plan, deletions are permanent and cannot be undone.
On the Hobby and Pro plans, deleted documents are moved to the Trash board tab, where they can be restored or permanently deleted at any time. Restored documents retain their version history.
Folder actions
Right-click any folder to:

Rename - Change the folder name

Add Document - Insert document inside selected folder

Add Folder - Insert Folder inside selected folder

Add Canvas - Insert Canvas inside selected folder

Delete - Remove the folder and all its contents

Move to - Move the folder to a new location

Change Icon - Customize the folder icon (within rename)

Change Color - Change the icon color (within rename)
Warning
On the Free plan, deleting a folder permanently removes the folder and all documents and subfolders inside it.
On the Hobby and Pro plans, deleted folders are moved to the Trash board tab along with all of their contents. Folder structure is preserved while in Trash and will remain intact if restored.
Section actions
Right-click any section to:

Rename - Change the section name
