How to generate a blog
- Go to the Files board tab
- Click on the sparkles icon in the sidebar
- Enter your topic and prompt
- Customize options (optional)
- Choose to view and edit the outline
- Click "Generate"
Tip
Be specific about the topic and include your target audience for better results.
Generation options
Word count
Choose article length from 500-4000 words.
Information
The AI does not guarantee an exact word count. In some cases, it may go slightly over to ensure your request is fully covered.
Tone
Set the emotional tone: Professional, Casual, Friendly, Authoritative, Humorous, or Neutral.
Audience
Target your content: Beginners, Intermediate, Advanced, or General audience.
Outline customization
Before generation, enable "Generate outline first" to view and customize the article structure.
You can:
- Add or remove sections
- Reorder sections
- Edit section titles
- Adjust word counts per section
- Change main points to cover
- Adjust primary and secondary keywords
Use outline mode for important posts where you need specific structure or want to include unique insights.
Additional features:
Research-backed blogs
To create research-backed blogs, first generate Research documents using the Research generation feature. (In the future, all documents will be eligible for blog generation.)
Once you have at least one Research document, a dropdown will appear on the blog generation page allowing you to select it.
Choose the desired document to incorporate verified, fact-based content into your article.

Enable Voice Match to generate content in your personal writing style.

SEO optimization
Blog Generation automatically includes:
- SEO-friendly slug (editable)
- Meta description (editable)
- Natural keyword integration
- Proper heading structure (H1, H2, H3)
To edit SEO details:
Right-click the blog post in the left sidebar and select “SEO Details”, then make your changes and save.
You can also open the right sidebar and navigate to the SEO tab to edit SEO settings.
After generation
Review the blog for:
- Factual accuracy
- Tone and voice
- SEO elements
- Readability
Edit as needed:
- Add personal insights
- Update examples
- Refine introduction and conclusion
- Add images
Publish: Publish directly to WordPress or Ghost when ready.
