What is Site Board?
Site Board gives you a site-wide view of content you have already published. Connect a website and Scribeist will crawl its public pages so you can review content, organize topics, inspect links, and find SEO issues.
Site Board contains five views:
| View | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Content Library | Every indexed page, with search, filters, and page details |
| Topic Clusters | Pages grouped around related topics |
| Internal Links | Links between pages on your own site |
| External Links | Links from your pages to other websites |
| Content Audit | Site health, page scores, checks, and suggested fixes |
Plan availability
Site Board is available on eligible paid and AppSumo plans. The number of connected sites, indexed pages, and access to advanced audits depend on your plan.
Content Library
The Content Library is the main list of pages discovered during a crawl.
Use it to:
- Search for a page by title or URL
- Filter pages by their current status
- Sort and review indexed content
- Open a page's stored details
- Add a public URL that was not discovered automatically
Adding a URL only works for a public page on the connected site. Invalid, unrelated, private, or unreachable URLs are rejected.
Topic Clusters
Topic Clusters group related pages using the content found during your crawl. They help you see which subjects your site already covers and where several pages may be competing or supporting one another.
Clusters update when your site is crawled again.
Internal and external links
Internal Links show connections between pages on your own site. Use them to find isolated content and understand how visitors can move between related pages.
External Links show destinations outside your connected site. Review them when checking references, resources, and links that may no longer be relevant.
Content Audit
The Content Audit combines site-wide signals with page-level checks. It highlights the most important issues first and lets you open an individual page for a detailed breakdown.
